Most parts are available.

You can visit our Spares Page by clicking here.

If you can't find what you're looking for then click on the CONTACT US at the top of the page and let us know what it is you need.

We monitor all emails and email reply times.

At most times of the year you can expect a reply to any communication within 24 hours and this is our aim. During busier times, unfortunately, we have to allow upto 48 hours to respond because we want to ensure we give everyone the correct information.

This is why we've creates this extensive database of information and ensured as much information as possible on each product page to try and ensure you don't have to contact us for information - but have all the information you need.

Once you've sent a contact via the contact form - if you're request is more urgent you can always contact us via the online chat but will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. These is no need to contact us via different means at once as this can slow down the team.

We have a great team who are always working hard to respond to queries.

OLPRO are consistently looking at new ways to improve our shipping times. We currently dispatch every working day (Monday-Friday). Out of season all orders that are placed before 2pm are usually sent out the same day. In season this will extend to 72 hours.

If you really want to cancel your order, you are more than welcome to do so. However if the item has been sent from our warehouse already - we would not be able to action this and you would need to return the item back to us, at your own cost for a refund. For more information on how to return an item please see our warranty page.

So, if you want to cancel an order do it straight away. If you overed over the weekend please let us know via online chart first thing Monday morning. If you tell us before 2pm - on the day of your order - we should always be able to stop your order from leaving, but if it does it will, then, be down to you to return.

We do try to keep most of our products in stock, but if there is ever a product on our site that has been sold out and you would like to be informed as to when it comes back in to stock, please pop your email address in to the "Notify Me" box that should be on the product information page.

By doing this you will be the first to know as soon as the product comes back into stock.

When a product is due to come back into stock we sometimes allow orders to be placed so people can be sure to get the product. If the product is still on the website but is sold out it does mean that stock will be coming back in.

If we need any further information from you, or if there are any problems, we will contact you by email primarily but if we may also call you.

Our carriers either contact you by text message or by email.

If you get to us in time before we ship or pack the item, we shall try our best to change it for you. If it is too late to change the order, we suggest that you refuse delivery and when it comes back to us, we shall issue a refund allowing you to re-order.

Our orders tend to leave us at 2pm so any changes need to be made prior to 2pm on the day of ordering. After that time it is very unlikely we'll be able to alter any order - unless we're in the height of summer and our standard deliver times are fully out to 72 hours. Contact us using the contact form and we'll try to help.

If you are having problems, please don't worry.

If you are using a valid credit/debit card, you need to make sure that :

  • You have selected the correct payment method.
  • You have entered the correct card details - that includes the card number, expiry date and security code.
  • The billing name and address you have entered matches the name and address the card is registered to.
  • You have enough funds available on your card.

We would suggest that if all the above is checked and correct, and payment is still not going through, you should contact your card provider.

We take payment as soon as the order is placed. Most of our items are in stock so it is usually only a couple of days between us taking payment and you receiving the order.

If you don't pay for next day delivery your order should be with you within 3 working days. If you do pay for next day delivery and have ordered before 2pm then your order will be shipped that day and be with you the following working day. If it's after 2pm it will leave the following day for the day after.

If you are buying a product on pre-order then the deposit, as listed on the product, will be taken at the time of placing the order - and the balance will be taken prior to sending out the product. In some cases the deposit may be the full value of the product but this will be made clear on the product at the time of purchase and receipt.

We do list everything that we sell on our website and our search bar may be the easiest way to find something.

If you still can't find what you're looking for it may be that we don't do it or we've delisted it. We don't remove out of stock items and any item showing out of stock will come back in stock.

If you need any help please use the Contact Form at the top of the page of contact us using the online chat below.

All OLPRO products are covered by a comprehensive warranty.

You can visit our full Warranty and returns page here.

If your product is still within the Warranty period (2 years for campervan awnings and tents, 365 days for everything else):

All OLPRO products are designed and manufactured to exacting standard at our multiple factories and are tested under the appropriate conditions and terms of use. All OLPRO products are covered by our 365 day warranty and extended canvas warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing faults on purchase of the product. These potential faults may be in the parts, the materials of the product or the workmanship. The warranty also covers the functionality of the product for its normal use. We are not responsible for any additional costs caused by a warranty issue.

The OLPRO 365 Warranty covers you for 12 months from the day of purchase but most of the potential warranty issues apply to issues which will occur prior to first use. Additionally we have added an additional year to your canvas product warranty. So you can relax knowing that your canvas is protected for an additional year on top.

The OLPRO 365 & The extended canvas warranty does not cover tent poles or windbreak poles or the malfunction of any fabric or component that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or lack of maintenance. Accidents such as damage due to excessive weather/ winds, improper re-packing of products or any natural degradation due to sunlight is not covered.

No consequential loss may be claimed under this guarantee. To help yourself guard against any losses we always recomend that you test anything you've purchased in good time before going away. This guarantee in no way affects your statuary rights. See below for full terms and conditions of sale from this site.

To make a warranty claim please contact your retailer first. This is the person from whom you purchased your product. They will advise you of the best course of action.

If you purchased the product from our website please contact us by clicking on the Contact Us at the top of the page.

Before you do that please check these commonly asked questions to see if they help.

https://www.olprocamp.com/pages/common-questions

If you are outside of the Warranty Period:

If the you’re outside of your warranty period or you have damaged the product or need a replacement part you can contact us and we can advise how to repair the product yourself. You can also purchase spare parts from our website.

Spare and replacement parts

Please Note: If a product is returned to us wet, we will not accept it. Upon receiving a wet product, it will be photographed and returned back to you without being tested or repaired.

If you need to Contact Us:

We always want to help. You can talk to us direct via online chat between 9am and 5pm every weekday (except for bank holidays and public holidays). This can be found at the bottom of the website.

You can call us on 01299 896959 during the same hours.

If calling from outside the United Kingdom dial 00441299 896959 or email to sales@olpro.co.uk. We will reply to you as quickly as possible.

All products within their warranty period are swapped, like for like, for a new product. If it’s just a small issue or where something can be replaced we may choose to send that part as opposed to the full product, to save you having to return the product in full. An example of this would be if an inner tent was damaged – we would be able to send a new inner tent, as opposed to swapping the full product.

It is always easiest if you're able to send you photographs of any potential problems so we can help quickly.

As a guide the following damage is not covered by your warranty on tents:

  • General wear and tear over extended periods of use.
  • Flaws in the fabric caused by excessive wear.
  • Water ingress through fabric as a result of UV degradation.
  • Water ingress through seams caused by excessive abrasion of seams.
  • Broken zips caused by forcing, jamming or improper use.
  • Over tensioned/stretched seams coming apart.
  • Buckles subjected to undue force or abrasion.
  • Broken carry bag if it is over loaded.
  • Any tent pole breakages.
  • Collateral damage from a pole breakage.
  • UV Degradation.
  • Condensation usually caused by a lack of ventilation.
  • Commercial use by rental companies

If you return a product and it is deemed to be one of the above you will be liable for the return cost of that product.

We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive Camping Equipment Insurance Policy to cover all your camping equipment.

We know everyone is so busy nowadays so it's quite inconvenient to wait in for a parcel - however since the Coronavirus outbreak some couriers are not taking signatures but expect that if they've given you an hour time slot that if they deliver at that time and photograph the product has delivered - that will be classed as delivered - so it's strongly adviced that you be at home at that time and if you can't be that you contact the courier to re-schedule. This will protect you against lost parcels.

If the parcel is small, it will be sent by Royal Mail who do not state specific delivery days. If you are not in when they call, they usually leave a card telling you what to do next.

If the item is large, these get sent by DHL. Once your order is scanned in at the local depot, you should receive a tracking number so that you can track the parcel on line. If you are not in on the planned delivery day, you can make the following amendments:

  • Leave in a safe place
  • Leave with neighbour
  • Collect from local DHL UK depot
  • Change delivery day

We can also deliver to places of work or to friends/relatives who will be in for delivery. We also have a click and collect option at checkout so you can pick it up from a local store.

We have put all of these options in place so you do not have to make special arrangements, have days off etc. If you choose to take a day off to wait in for delivery, OLPRO Ltd cannot be held liable for any loss in earnings or compensation as a result of waiting in for the parcel.

Always use our tracing to track your parcel so you can see where it is and when it's expected to be delivered.

Yes you can. At the checkout choose Collect from OLPRO, Worcestershire.

Our address is KDO Business Park, Little Witley, Worcestershire, WR6 6LG

You can collect between 9am and 5pm any weekday. After ordering there is no need to tell us you are collecting as the product will be saved for you.

We have our own online store : www.olproshop.com

Here, you are guaranteed the lowest prices, free delivery, and click and collect.

We also sell through Amazon, Argos, Halfords, and The Range. We work closely with these retailers because they offer exceptional service and convenience.

We also supply a large number of Campervan Converters so if you're looking to buy a new campervan ask your convertor if they stock OLPRO.

Apart from at shows you won't see OLPRO on display anywhere.

We don't have a showroom, however we attend many shows all over the country every year so you can see the tents and awnings 'in the flesh' at one of these. Check out our current show calendar here. Alternatively you can see a wide range of videos including walk-through videos on ourYouTube channel, and detailed footprints on our website showing all the dimensions and technical specifications.

Please use the Contact Form abve to get in touch and we'll see if we can help. Your request will be passed onto the trade team.

All OLPRO products have a 365 day warranty on them from the time of purchase.

All tents and awings have a futher year - so you have a two year warranty, in total, on all tents and awnings.

You can see our warranty in full here.

A Ring and Pin system is a small peg attached to a ring. You will find them around the bottom of the skirt on a tent or awning which uses fibreglass poles.

The pin will insert into the small hole at the bottom of the fibreglass poles. They are used to attached the tent poles to the tent and should be done on all tents or awnings before clipping the c clips around the poles.

Our Cubo Breeze awning is the most suitable awning to fit on to the back of a vehicle. this includes VW Caddys, Romahomes, Go Pods and most tailgated campers.

It is more suitable because it has a thinner tunnel than other awnings. All of our awnings will work but you'll find the Cubo Breeze easier to work with given the thinner tunnel.

These will need to be attached using the straps provided. If in doubt, please get in touch using the contact form above.

All OLPRO tents and awnings come with the poles (air beams or fibreglass); outer canvas; groundsheet (all have a sewn in groundsheet); standard steel tent pegs; neon guy ropes and storm straps. If you have ordered a tent/awning with sleeping option, you will get the amount of inner tents as stated in the tent description. If you have ordered a Breeze (inflatable) tent of awning, you will get a hand pump.

If in doubt check the description of the product as we've been careful to add as much detail as we can to each product page.

Carpets, footprints, furniture and lighting etc are sold separately.

We ship all around the world.

From our UK website at www.olproshop.com you can ship to anywhere in the UK, Ireland, and most of Western Europe.

OLPRO Ltd are not liable to accept offers lower than the price published at the time of the query, after the sale or offer has ended.

We are not able to comment on when prices will be reduced or what they will be reduced to.

Requests to reduce prices to a sale price that has ended will be rejected. It is the buyers responsibility to purchase at the time the special offer is published. It is also the buyer's responsibility to find the best price for our products before purchasing.

When new products are introduced, they first get published with a pre-order price or a deposit option.

Pre-order allows you to reserve the item before it comes in to stock. Sometimes you can do this with a deposit, sometimes we ask you to pay the special pre-order price.

If you pay with a pre-order deposit, the deposit will be taken upon ordering and we shall approach you for payment of the balance once the item has been delivered to us or is confirmed to be delivered to us within 2-3 days.

If you pay in full, payment will be taken at time of ordering, not at the time the product is despatched.

When ordering, please make sure your contact details are correct - when new stock comes in, we are at the hands of our shipping company and UK customs so there may be delays that we will need to keep you informed of.

The delivery date is an estimate given. We are not responsible or have control over transport delays, however, if we are made aware of any problems, we will endeavour to contact you. Please be sure to give us valid contact details including your email address so that we can send you updates.

If we send an item overseas, the order may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches its destination. The customer is responsible for payment of said import duties or taxes. OLPRO Ltd has no affect these charges and cannot quote the amount that will be payable. If you need any further information, contact your local relevant authority or customs department before you place your order.

All inflatable tents and awnings come with a manual pump, which is set to 7psi and we recommend to use with your awning.

Here you can see how easy it is to put away our Pop Up utility tents. There's a knack to it but once you've got it you'll be fine.

Step 1 - Pull the Top of the Pop Tent upwards. (This will release the locking mechanism in the top)

Step 2 - Fold the bottom joints of the legs in.

Step 3 - Fold top legs in.

Step 4 - Roll Tightly.

Step 5 - Place back in its bag and seal the zip tightly.

The Basics to fire safety when camping

  1.  Make sure Tents/ Caravans are at least 6 meters apart and away from parked cars to prevent the fire spreading.
  2. Know the fire safety arrangements of the campsite and where the nearest phone is.
  3.  Don't use oil or candle burning appliances near a Tent or Caravan, use a torch instead.
  4. NEVER smoke inside a tent.
  5. Place your cooker away from the tent.
  6. Put appliances in a place where they can't be knocked over.
  7. Keep matches, lighter and flammable liquids away and out of the reach of children.
  8. Have an escape plan and be prepared to cut your way out of your tent.

What to do if your Tent/ Caravan is on fire when camping

  1. Get everyone out - Tent and Caravan fires can spread very quickly.
  2. Call the Fire Service.
How to Reduce the risk of Wildfires

  1. Always make sure cigarettes are extinguished properly.
  2. Avoid using open fires in the countryside.
  3. Don't leave bottle or glass in woodland - Sunlight through glass can start fires.
  4. Only use barbecues in a safe and well ventilated area.
  5. DO NOT attempt to tackle a fire that can't be put out with a bucket of water - Evacuate the area immediately.

Many magazines and images of tents will have the family sat outside showing how wonderful the tent is for a family but very often they'll show 6 or 7 people outside a 2 berth tent. Surely this can't be right? One of the biggest mistakes you can make is buying a tent that just isn't big enough and whilst camping means being closer to nature and closer to each other you don't need to be 'that' close.

All tents have a 'berth' or a 'man' rating. When searching for a tent its always worth searching under both types as some retailers list their tents as '2 man' etc and some as '2 berth' etc.

Unless your wild camping, where the size is the size and you should go for exactly what it says on the tin, the berth is a guide as to what you really need.

For example 6 and 8 berth tents are the most popular family tents but you'll rarely see 6 or 8 people emerging from them on a July morning. Over the years I've used many, many tents with my family and the rule I've found that works is the following.

If you're away for 2-3 nights then a four berth tent is good for a family of 4 or 5 and ample for a family of 3. When I say it's fine for a family of 5 that depends on the age of the children. If any of them are over the age of 12 I'd look at a 6 berth tent instead.

If you're away for more than that then go for a 6 berth tent for a family of 4 and an 8 berth tent for a family of 5, unless one of the children is under 8 and then a 6 berth tent will do. A family of 3 will get away with a 4 berth tent still, but a 6 berth will give extra living space if there's an inner tent that can be removed.

For short stays a good 4 berth tent with head hight to walk around in will do any family of 5 and below but beyond short stays you need room for the gear you've taken and this is where the extra berths are essential - not for guests but for stuff.

In a typical 6 berth tent you'll have two pods to sleep in. One for you and one for the children. In larger families you may have one child who is older or may have a mix of female and male children so having one large bedroom for you and two smaller bedrooms to split between the 3 children works well.

By taking the larger bedroom the parents normally take most of the gear into their room but for a family of 5 in an 8 berth tent you the kids can have their own cases in their own rooms.

So, if you're away for a week or so and there are four of you - go 6 berth. If there are 5 of you then go 8 berth. On 8 berth look at the configuration of the bedrooms. Ideally you want one large bedroom for adults and two smaller bedrooms for the three children. If one of the children is a teenager consider getting a tent where the smaller inner tents are removable as that young person may not always want to go camping with their parents and being able to remove the inner tent to give extra living space could be useful in years to come.

Finally, if there are just two of you. If you're away for a few days then a 3 man tent is ideal or 2 berth is fine if you're in a car as well to keep some of the stuff you might take with you. If you're away for longer then go for a 4 man tent and enjoy the extra living space, which is great for chairs and a table if the weather turns.

Many different campsites will offer different features such as play areas and showers. You should consider the needs of your camping group before deciding a location. In some cases, you may be given a pitch and it’s not left to your choice, but if you have the luxury to choose a particular spot then you may want to keep these tips in mind…

1) Wind can ruin a weekend.

Picture this… You arrive at your campsite after hours of traffic jams and games of eye spy… You start to fix together your poles and take out the material for your tent and it flies away like a parachute. Nightmare. This could be easily prevented if you manage to find a pitch that has cover from bushes or trees! Failing this, another preventative measure could be to use a windbreak and set that up before you even think about getting the tent out! This will make sure there are no unpleasant gusts at setup.

2) Think about the rain.

This goes hand in hand in the previous section. Finding some suitable cover may take you from zero to hero. The wet weather can be stopped by a bit of foliage or a tree! Also, if there is a slight decline, if you position your tent so the entrance is lower than the rest of the tent, this will prevent the rain from coming in or out of the tent. You might also want to think about staying somewhere that is close to the toilets or washing facilities as this will minimise the time that you are getting wet when going between your tent and other regular visited areas.

3) Pitch near the play area?

If you have kids then pitching next to the play park may be the perfect place for you. However, you must be warned, when next to Play Park it might be rather loud with children running everywhere, and even the odd ball flying into the side of your tent! If this worries you then slightly further away may be a better bet.

4) Choose a pitch with some flat ground.

Fancy having a nice long sleep? Then I’m afraid you’re going to have to find yourself some flat ground! By sleeping on a surface that is not level you will find yourself sliding off roll mats or inflatable beds. Another problem that a hill can give you is rain water running down under your tent which can cause damp conditions.

5) Look out for sticks, stones, bricks etc.

If you’re not careful it is very easy to pitch somewhere that is covered with rubble such as sticks and stones. This can cause problems such as being uncomfortable to lie on and not getting much sleep, to actually ripping the groundsheet of your tent!

6) Check for any surrounding water.

Rain has to drain somewhere and so if you are near a pond, river or lake it is likely that that is where it will be draining to. Make sure that the water will not be draining through the place where your tent is going to be pitched. If you pitch in the wrong place you might end up having quite a wet experience! That said, pitching near a water source can be a nice thing. It can also be fun to bathe in if appropriate or to fish in (again only if this is allowed). Watch out for midges and mosquitoes though – these little bugs love water and are attracted by it.

7) Find soft ground.

You want the ground to be soft enough so that you can get your tent pegs in but not so soft that it is marshy and muddy.

8) Don’t pitch too near to any other campers.

Although it can sometimes be a good opportunity to make some good friends often it is a better idea to find somewhere that you will have a bit more space to yourself. Be considerate to them as well – they got there first and they might not have gone there if they had known they were going to be right next door to another tent.

9) Pitch far enough away from fires and barbecue pits.

Some campsites will have dedicated areas for campfires and BBQs. While it can be nice to be near these areas you must take in to account the safety issues and make sure that your tent is not too near the fire (your tent will suggest the recommended distance).

So, there you have it, nine things to consider when pitching your tent. Remember that you can always explore the rest of the campsite and you don’t need to be near everything, just what you think will make the best experience. Have a great holiday.

We hope you find this article useful also we hope it gives you answers that you have been searching for.

Since the dawn of modern family holidays, there has been one divisive argument: abroad resort or British campsite? This often stems from a built in love or hate for allowing a small piece of nylon protect you (or not) from the uncertainty that we call the “great outdoors”. Camping definitely has challenges and rewarding benefits and often the key to making sure that you enjoy the time you spend in a field in the middle of nowhere is by making correct decisions on the gear and equipment you equip yourself with. Now, I’m not saying that you will fall in love with camping first go, but it is a valuable experience that may change the course of your life!

The Benefits of Camping

There are many benefits with camping. First and foremost, it allows you time to get away from stresses of life that can sap so much energy on a daily basis. When in the middle of a field with no phone signal there is an opportunity to truly relax which can be such a rarity with the temptation of easy internet access to distract you. This may even allow you to take a new perspective in life.

Another benefit that camping will allow you is the chance to spend some quality time with your loved ones. The lack of 3G again will enhance as this will stop kids from checking their most recent Facebook notifications and favourite YouTubers video’s. Going to remote locations will teach the whole family new skills to get through the whole experience. This could range from preparing food with minimal utensils to guiding yourself through miles of green grass with nothing but a compass and map.

Challenges

As with anything in life there is a list of challenges dangled in front of the thought of camping. A lot of the times, these challenges are associated with overcoming mental hurdles more than anything else. May this be the belief that you will get too cold or that the rustling in the bushes is a clown coming to get you it must be remembered that with the correct equipment and preparation; these worries will not become a reality. As well as mental challenges, you will of course at some point come across something physical that could cause an issue, such as a particularly high fence or slippery slope. Of course every camping trip is going to be different with variances of hurdles to face, but if you stick at it and become more experienced, these hurdles will become stepping stones.

Choosing the Right Equipment

An essential part to having a successful trip is to make sure that you have chosen the correct equipment before you leave civilisation behind you. As said before, every trip is different so the correct equipment may be different every time. But you can always count on the basic necessities such as: a tent, sleeping bag and first aid kit. From here you will be able to build you arsenal by using reputable brands and by taking advice from experienced campers. Remember, this is the age where getting information has been easier than ever, make the most of the Internet before you leave it for the weekend!

Survival Skills

No one is expecting you to leave your nice warm home with Bear Grylls-esque survival skills. These are learnt through experience. As long as you bring with you a first aid kit and a simple level of understanding of how to treat minor injuries there isn’t a lot that will go wrong! Ensure to bring with you any prescription medicine that someone on the trip, it is a good idea to bring more a little more than would normally be necessary just in case you get stuck. In addition, you should ensure that someone knows where you are going to be or how they will be able to communicate with you in the worst case scenario that something goes wrong. Like I said, the more trips that you go on and the more experienced you get the better skills you will learn!

Summary

Camping is something that has a tendency to bring people together. If you are looking for camaraderie and you want to do something different, this is an excellent way to achieve both goals at one time. It also makes you more self-sufficient as an individual, something that any person can be proud of. For these reasons, many people choose to go camping several times a year. If you have never done it before, you don’t know what you are missing out on.

What Is Carbon Monoxide?

Carbon Monoxide is a colourless, odourless, and tasteless gas that is slightly less dense than air. Carbon Monoxide is formed when there is not enough room to form Carbon Dioxide. Carbon Monoxide is also made by using camping stoves, barbecues or burning anything inside a small area with no ventilation.

How Can Carbon Monoxide Poisoning be Prevented?

Carbon Monoxide/ Carbon Monoxide Poisoning can be prevented by using your camping stove, barbecue or fire fully outside of the tent and keeping the fire at a safe distance. You should also open all/ most of the doors and windows allowing plenty of oxygen to circulate around your van/ Tent.

Below are listed symptoms of Carbon Monoxide poisoning, if you suspect you or anyone has Carbon Monoxide Poisoning, Call an Ambulance straight away. Spotting the signs early can save someones life.

Symptoms of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

  1. Headaches
  2. Breathlessness
  3. Nausea
  4. Dizziness
  5. Collapse
  6. Loss of consciousness
  7. Tiredness
  8. Drowsiness
  9. Vomiting
  10. Pains in the chest
  11. Stomach pains
  12. Erratic behaviour
  13. Visual problems

Unfortunately mugs can crack as a result of heat stress. To prevent this, we recommend placing a cold spoon inside the mug to conduct any excess heat away from the mug.

After speaking to quite a few of you, we are seeing the trend that some campsites are asking that tents/awnings should have a breathable groundsheet. Not all campsites request this, but we understand some of them do. All of the sewn in groundsheets on our tents and awnings are waterproof which means that they cannot be breathable - if you let in air, you will also be able to let in water which none of us want in our tent.

The general and accepted rule is that when sites are asking for a breathable groundsheet this is when you have an option to be able to use one. This is usually the case with a Caravan Awning.

It isn't the case with tents or campervan awnings (which are more like tents than awnings) as moden day tents and campervan awnings always tend to have sewn in groundsheets.

We do sell footprints which can go under the tents and awnings which are sold separately.

So to clarify, no sewn in groundsheet is breathable but when it comes to campsites, campervan awnings are classified as tents. If the site is saying breathable groundsheet only - that applies to unfixed carpets/groundsheets for caravan awnings. Fixed groundsheets like tents or camper van awnings are fine.

We wouldn't recommend it as it's probably too low to cook safely underneath - unless you use a cooker on the ground to give a safe distance between the flame and the tent fabric. You should always looks to open in open air to avoid any chance of gas poisoning or fire.

UV protective fabrics are specifically designed to block any UV rays from the sun using UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor). All OLPRO tents are UV rated to at least 15.

All of our tents and awnings have a 5000mm HH rating. If a tent or awning has a Hydrostatic Head rating or HH of 5000 it means that it could hold a cylinder full of 5000mm of water before water would come through the fabric. For fabric to be able to be called waterproof, it needs to have a HH rating of over 1000 mm, so all OLPRO are extremely waterproof.

Because of the treatment to the fabric there is no way water can pass through the fabric of an OLPRO tent.

All of our tents have a waterproof rating of 5000mm HH. This is higher than the UK minimum standard.

Yes, we always recommend pitching your OLPRO Tent or Awning before going on holiday. This is so you can ensure you are happy with the quality and how it pitches and packs away.

It also give you a chance to ensure that you have everything you need within the tent and no parts are missing.

If you have been unlucky enough to find water in your tent the good news is that it is highly unlikely that your tent has leaked. OLPRO tents are made to a high specification, (5000HH waterproof rating) using quality materials and components and water cannot ingress through the fabric. We have seen many tents from many manufacturers where it was said that the product was leaking and it was Condensation, which is absolutely a pain and so we've put together a guide on how to reduce it.

We have an updated article available here:

https://www.olprocamp.com/pages/common-questions

Which should help further.

Where has all the water in my tent come from?

1 person produces up to 1 pint of condensation per night. 5 people in a tent equals a potential 5 pints of water. there are other sources of moisture, these can include wet shoes, clothes, dogs, cooking, even the air itself.

How does condensation to form in a tent?

Air temperature in the tent can become warm and humid from people, heaters and a lack of ventilation. When the warm air inside the tent hits the relatively cool fabric of the tent, the moist air condenses into liquid form.

Do all tents suffer from condensation?

The short answer is yes. This doesn't matter if you spend $11.00 or a $11.00,000 when purchasing your tent, In certain weather conditions the design of any tent can be overwhelmed by moisture. If it is a cold night and there is no breeze to circulate the warm, moist air out of the tent, it could be difficult to prevent condensation.

What weather conditions can make condensation worse?

Condensation can be made worse when the air outside the tent is significantly cooler than inside, especially after a warm, humid day. Rainy conditions also increase the chances of condensation occurring, often leading to the appearance of a leaking tent. Rain water on the outside of the tent, or rain water evaporating off of the outer surface of the tent causes the temperature of the fabric to decrease, leading to more rapid condensation as the air inside the tent comes into contact with it.

How do I get rid of Condensation?

Wiping the walls with a towel or cloth is a good way to remove condensation from the surface and stop any drips. Avoid anything touching the side of polycotton tents as this can cause water to seep through. If you are staying in one location, remove all wet items from the tent and dry them so that they don’t create more moisture the next night. Dry and ventilate your tent as best as you can.

How can you prevent condensation in your tent?

  1. Ventilate
  2. Store wet stuff outside
  3. Don’t touch the sides
  4. Never cook inside
  5. Turn Heaters Off
  6. Pitch in a spot that gets a natural breeze
  7. Don’t pitch too close to water

Water Ingress

If you suspect that your tent may be leaking through the seams and your tent is less than 12 months old, please contact the retailer you purchased it from (your contract of sale with the retailer should remain valid through any warranty claim). The retailer they will advise you of the most appropriate course of action. If the product needs to be returned for inspection. The more detail you can provide, the quicker and more accurate we can be in our response.

Products must be returned for inspection clean and dry. Any products received in an unsatisfactory condition will be returned to the sender without inspection.

Please be aware that the following are NOT covered in the OLPRO Warranty;

  • General wear and tear over extended periods of use
  • Misuse
  • Flaws in the fabric caused by excessive wear
  • Water ingress through fabric as a result of UV degradation
  • Water ingress through seams caused by excessive abrasion of seams or seam sealant tape
  • UV degradation
  • Condensation, usually caused by lack of ventilation
  • pole breakages, including collateral damage from a pole breakage

We recommend looking at the below article in regards to condensation. This covers all points on how to prevent condensation...

How to deal with Condensation in your tent

How to clean an inner tent

If you have space, pitch the inner making sure it is secure. Then clean the affected area with a sponge and leave to dry.

How to clean a tent flysheet

Spread the flysheet out flat on the ground and clean the affected area as above. Then clean the affected area with warm water and a natural soap or mild detergent. After cleaning the flysheet you will need to re-proof it. Suitable products can be purchased from most outdoor shops.

Mould: To treat mould on a tent it is best to use Milton's sterilizing fluid. Dilute product well and sponge down the affected area. This may not remove the mould, but it will stop it from spreading and smelling.

To prevent mould growth inside your tent, it is best to keep it as dry as possible. So after a long weekend away it is best practise to dry your tent as much as possible prior to folding it and putting it in it's bag.

To keep your tent in good condition :

  1. A footprint will keep the groundsheet clean, and is easier to clean than a tent
  2. Always dry you tent well before storing, cleaning off any dirt
  3. We do not recommend that you wash any tent in a washing machine as this risks damaging the machine and the tent.

All pole breakages - regardless of age and use - are treated as fair wear and tear, therefore are not covered under the terms of OLPRO warranty. The reason these items are not covered is due to the amount of variables that can cause pole damage, mostly when pitching, striking in transportation, accidental damage, incorrectly seating the ferrule, dropping the pole and storing the poles.

Occasionally on delivery your Beach Hut may have one side which is slightly twisted. This is very easy to correct, and shouldn't then happen again. Watch this YouTube Video on how to untwist it.

After several uses in rain or sunshine your tents water repellent coating may wear off, this will cause your tent material to absorb water instead of it beading up and rolling off. For OLPRO tents you really shoudn't need to worry about this within the first two year, at least but be aware that over time it may be something you need to do.

To re-proof your tent we recommend using any commercially available waterproofing solution, these can be purchased from most Outdoor Shops. You can re-proof your flysheet using Storm Seal, Fabsil or any other proofer, which can be applied to the outside of the flysheet and left to dry.

Once you have pitched your tent, work your way round panel by panel with the reproofing chemical. We recommend doing this in an open, dry & well ventilated space.

Always follow the instructions as stated on the container

Our fabrics are very strong and both waterproof and highly water-repellent. However, sun, wind, rain and wear will weaken any fabric over time. A faded or bleached look to the fabric is a sign that the fabric has started to become UV damaged. Just as UV rays from direct sunlight have adverse effects on our skin, the same is true for all materials, including, unfortunately, tent fabrics. Exposure to the sun's rays, can weaken a fabric's performance over time.

Due to the UV damage, we would recommend re-proofing the tent.

Always make sure your tent is dry before packing away to avoid damage from mildew and damp. If you do not intend to use your tent for some time, the best thing to do is remove it from its bag, separate each component and store them in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Ideally loosely folding the flysheet and inners.

Because it is designed to be lightweight, window plastic is not designed to withstand extreme cold temperatures.
If the tent/awning is stored in a very cold environment, folded in its bag, it may require warming up before it is unpacked and erected. This will prevent windows from cracking or shattering when they are unfolded, where material has been creased. Any damaged caused to the windows caused by incorrect storage is not covered by warranty.

Hand-Washing

  • Fill a bath with cold water and add half a cup of mild fabric soap
  • Stir the soap into the water until it is fully dissolved
  • Lie your fully zipped up sleeping bag in the bath as flat as possible
  • With bare feet, step into the bath and walk up and down the sleeping bag until it has been thoroughly submerged into the soapy water, the solution working its way through the filling
  • Empty the soapy bathwater and refill with cold water
  • Walk up and down the sleeping bag in this manner, emptying the soapy water and refilling, until all the soap has left the bag
  • When you’re happy no more soap remains, drain the bath and roll the sleeping bag up, pressing down on it as you go. This squeezes out as much water as possible ready for drying
  • NEVER twist or wring your sleeping bag as this can cause your sleeping bag’s filling to lump together

That was the manual version for hands on people, but you can bypass the above and just go to your local launderette instead!

Machine Washing

  • Ensure that the machine is set to a delicate wash on a cold water option
  • Load the machine with your sleeping bag, which should be unzipped with the zip puller left halfway up the mechanism
  • With your sleeping bag pop in a couple of tennis balls as these will bounce around in the cycle ensuring the stuffing doesn’t lump together as it spins round the machine
  • Never add fabric softener, as this will damage your sleeping bag
  • When the wash is finished, run it through another rinse cycle to ensure no soapy residue is left
  • When it’s done, press down on the sleeping bag. If soap suds appear put it on another rinse cycle
  • If no suds appear, take the sleeping bag out of the machine. Lay it flat on a table and roll it up so the water streams from the bag
  • Roll your bag up near a drain, or if there is no drain line the floor with towels or newspaper to soak up the residual water
  • Be careful never to wring or scrunch up your sleeping bag, as this can damage the filling and cause clumping

Packing away your new family tent, can be a struggle for anyone. With some helpful pointers, hopefully this will make your set down a little less stressful. We also put all tents and awnings into oversized bags to make the process easier.

  • Firstly open all doors/windows so no air can get trapped.
  • Remove all pegs, wipe them and place them back in to the peg bag.
  • Roll all guy lines, into a tidy knot. This makes it easier for next time. If you don't know how to do this click here.
  • Remove all ring and pins/deflate any beams, ensuring your tent is flat.
  • Remove and fold all poles and place back in your pole bag.
  • We recommend folding each end in to the centre, fold in again and lay the remaining 2 halves on top of each other.
  • Use the poles/pump to roll the tent around. You want to roll this as tight as possible towards the door allowing any trapped air to escape.
  • After rolling, use the ties to keep the tent rolled up.
  • Place the tent, pegs and any relevant straps etc in the bag.

You can also wipe the groundsheet when folding, to ensure this is clean. However, you can do this when home and you are not rushed for time. Alternatively, you can purchase a footprint for your tent, so the tent stays clean. This is much easier to clean. If you would like to see our range of Footprint Groundsheets, please click here.

Please note, we do not recommend tents being stored wet. If your tent is wet, you can temporarily roll it, but when you are home, we strongly recommend airing the tent out and erecting it to make sure the tent dries correctly. This will minimise the risk of any mildew being produced.

All of our tents and awnings come with instructions. Most of the instructions are in the plastic sleeve at the front of the carry bag. Take the sheet out of the sleeve and turn it over - you'll find the instructions on the back of that sleeve.

If these are absent, or they get lost, please get in touch with us and we will email you a copy. We also have "how to" videos on our You Tube channel which you can find here or you can download copies of many of our instructions here.

We use 190d Polyester for our awnings, which is a very UV resistant fabric, lightweight, waterproof and strong. You won't find that our awnings tend to fade easily. If after a few years you felt like your awning needed further protection, you could apply a coat of Nikwax Solar Proof to ensure its continued strength.

Many of our tents and awnings have storm straps on them but these don't have to be used day today, although can often make the awning or tent look even better.

If weather does start pick up and particularly if winds got in excess of 25 or 30mph then I would peg out the storm straps.

They are adjustable so you will need varying amounts of space according to what's available on your campsite. Most campsites have designated space for awnings and tents that will allow you plenty of pegging room.

All of our Camper Van Awnings are universal awnings made to fit a wide variety of Camper Vans including every VW and every custom built van. In order to do this the tunnels have elastic straps on them so that when you want to open your side down you can relax the elastic strap allowing space between the van and the door fo the door to slide.

You can leave the tunnel like this so that the door can be slid open and closed. If you want to secure the tunnel against the open door or against the closed van then tighten the strap on the door. It is a good universal system which means that whatever van you have you can use a OLPRO Breeze Awning.

Yes.

All areas marked as being for two peple will fit a double airbed and have been tested as so.

This is something we never want to hear, but unfortunately accidents can happen. We always recommend using the release valve on the pump provided, so you can't over inflate the air beam. We don't recommend using an electric pump.

However, if a beam was to burst whilst away you can easily purchase a replacement.

Spares can be purchased via our Spares Page.

We can ship this directly to the campsite as long as there is one working day left. For example, if you were to call on a Thursday before 2pm, we could ship this for delivery on the Friday. In the meantime you can usually still use the awning or tent whilse the beam is out of action.

The Husk range is made from rice husk and a vegetable starch binder. This is heated and moulded, making the Husk entirely natural. This also means that after it's working life, it can be safely composted.

Any silicone parts, such as the tops of beakers, seals and plugs on containers - are 100% silicone.

Yes ,the larger tents have storage pockets in the living area and all tents have pockets built into the inner tent bedrooms.

The length of the straight part of the peg is 18cms and the hook part is 2cms.

The individual products will state whether that have black out ( dark grey) inners.

Yes, you can wipe it down with mild hand soap and lukewarm water on a cloth. Ensure it's dry before packing away.

These vents are to help lessen condensation. To prevent condensation, tents should be well ventilated. We recommend leaving the vents open all of the time or for as long as possible.

Most of our inner tents have a zip in bedroom divider so you have the option of having two double bedrooms or one lasge one. The divider can be rolled away when not needed. You will find this on the Wichenford Breeze for example. If you check the floorplan of the particular tent you're looking at you'll see if there is a dotted line in the inner tent. This shows a divide option.

Both the melamine range and the Husk range are dishwasher safe.

However, the melamine is not suitable for microwave use.Husk can be used in the microwave.

No. All of our extensions come with a detachable groundsheet. This makes it easier for pitching and cleaning.

Firstly read this to ensure it is a genuine issue.

https://www.olprocamp.com/pages/common-questions

Then get in touch with using the contact us above with a description of the fault along with supporting pictures. You can view all of our terms and conditions using this linkhttps://www.olprocamp.com/pages/warranty

Ripstop fabric is a woven, lightweight, nylon-threaded material that resists tearing and ripping.

Our tents are made from 150D Oxford Polyester fabric with a waterproof rating of 5000mm H/H.

Our tents and awnings come with our standard steel galvanised wire pegs which are 18cms long, with the hook being 2cms.

When designing our tents and accessories, we do make sure that parts are compatible across the models regardless of year so that you can still update your beloved OLPRO tent or awning.

All of our groundsheets are sewn in. See product specifications.

As there are so many tents and awnings on the mainstream market, we are unable to say is this is possible. With regards to our own tents and awnings etc, they are not interchangeable within the range.

Driveaway means you can still use the awning when it is not attached to the vehicle - you can "drive away" and use both your camper and tent independently. Unthread or unhook the tunnel from your van and roll the tunnel up as you would do with tent doors.

Our tents and awnings are fully waterproof (5000HH rating) and are designed with family and leisure camping in mind.

Our Breeze awnings can stand up to quite blustery winds as shown in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xipeFuUkUAI

They do stand up to most moderate weather conditions but are not suitable for extreme weather. If you are out camping and experience severe weather warnings, we would advise you to take your tent or awning down as soon as possible. Any damages sustained whilst the item is up during extreme weather will be classed as misuse and void your product warranty.

You don't need a Footprint Groundsheet as all of our Campervan Awnings and Tents have sewn in groundsheets but a Footprint Groundsheet can be placed on the floor before the awning or tent to help protect the base of the tent or awning and also helps to keep it cleaner. With sewn in groundsheets they are often a little more difficult to clean so the seperate one is good as you just have to clean that one.

They are good for marking out where the tent or awning is going to go as well.

We have footprint groundsheets for most of our tents and awnings and they can be viewed here.

https://www.olprocamp.com/collections/olpro-tent-carpet

The majority do. If you go to the product page of the particular it will state if the tent or awning has at least one hook for a lantern. Everything from the Abberley and Knightwick right upto our tallest tents and awnings do.

If this happens within the time they've given you as the allocated delivery time and the delivery goes missing the onus is on you. If you are unable to be there please let them know.

If your tent or awning develops a fault during wet weather and you have to take it down wet, you will still need to dry it before it comes back to us. Due to health and safety precautions, we cannot accept or inspect wet tents.

To make sure that we are able to inspect it to sort out any problems, we will need to have the tent back in a safe, hygenic condition. Any tents that come back to us in an unfit state will be sent back to the customer to dry out and make safe.

If your tent is within our 12 month warranty but out of our 30 day refund window, and it is a manufacturing fault, we collect and either repair the item or if we cannot repair, we replace it with a like for like item.

If it is damage sustained due to improper use, you will be liable for the repair.

If you have damage to your tent we supply a sealant set within each tent and awning for small repairs and we sell larger repair kits in the Spares and Repairs section of the website.

We want buying from us to be a ssimple and easy as possible and to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. To do this, we have created a 30 day returns policy as well as our 365 day warranty. As of 1st February 2020 we are now offering an additional year on top of our 365 day warranty for our OLPRO canvas product range (this includes all tents and campervan awnings).

This means all tents and campervan awnings are covered by a 2 year warranty if purchased after the 1st February 2020.

If you are unhappy with your product at all, or notice a fault, please follow the steps below so that we can solve any issues as quickly as possible.

It is essential that you check all products before going away.

We've also put together the following which may help with any questions you have if your tent or awning appears to have an issue:

https://www.olprocamp.com/pages/common-questions

And a feature on how to avoid condensation:

https://www.olprocamp.com/blogs/news/how-to-avoid-condensation-in-your-tent

We've done this because we recognise that lots of people do want more information on how to safeguard against condensation and also because we do get some calls from people concerned about water in the tent which turns out to be condensation - so I hope those help.

We also have a comprehensive FAQ section

After your item(s) have been returned, you will receive an email from OLPRO stating this has been received. We aim to process and refund returns with in 14 days, but this can take a little longer in the peak season period. If you have any queries regarding your return, please use the contact form above.

It is often the case that refunds are issued a lot quicker if a product doesn't need checking but if it is a return that requires checking it is likely to take upto 14 days.

Refunds can take upto 14 days. They will take longer if a product needs to be checked before the refund and significantly shorter if a check isn't needed.

If your tent has a developed a small rip due to harsh weather conditions or similar, we recommend using some tenacious tape to repair this.

Most items needed to repair your tent or awing can be purcahsed from our spares and repairs page.

How do I repair fibreglass poles?

Your pole is made up of sections and elastic shockcord. The cord runs through each section and is simply knotted at either end.

1. Measure the section or sections which are to be replaced (the new section will need to be cut to length). Cut the new section to the length measured. We would recommend using a small hacksaw. Once cut, the end should be filed or sand papered smooth. Tip: When cutting a new fibreglass pole, cut halfway through then turn the pole round and complete the cut from the opposite end. This will help prevent splinters

2. Untie the knot at one end of the pole.

3. Remove the sections one at a time until you reach the section that needs to be replaced (when it is time to re-assemble the pole it is important that the sections are put back in the same order. Tip: it may be beneficial to use numbered stickers on the sections so there is no doubt of the order).

4. Add in the new section/sections and re-thread the cord back through the sections and tie a knot at the end. (Use tweezers to reach into the sleeve and grab the knot if required).

There is also a selection of useful "How to" videos on Youtube

If you require replacement pole sections you can find them here.

If you need to replace the beam, unscrew the valve from the outside. Go inside the tent and undo the zip holding the beam. Pull the beam either end to detatch it from it's velcro anchor. Re-insert the new beam by going back over the steps you took to remove it.

If you need to open the 'padlock' insert a wire peg into the black padlock and it will open. It doesn't need keys - just a wire peg will do the job.

We don't. You are able to visit us and we can always help but if you are setting out to see us please let us know first so we know to expect you.

If something happens to your tent after 12 months of buying it, we will still be on hand to advise you.

Firstly see our Warranty Page for advice.

Then visit our Spares and Repairs page.

If that doesn't help please contact us via the CONTACT FORM at the top of the page.

Until the goods come back to our warehouse, they are your responsibility. We recommend most strongly that you send the items back using a trackable postal or carrier returns service and keep hold of your proof of posting. If you have not received your refund and it was sent back with a delivery service that you had arranged, please contact us with your tracking information and we shall investigate further.

We cannot stress enough how important it is for our customers to check over their goods within 30 days of receiving them. If customers do not report problems to us within the first 30 days, we cannot issue a refund.

If you report a fault and want a refund after 30 days, we can only offer to repair or replace the item. We cannot issue a refund.

OLPRO Breeze

A Breeze awning is a campervan awning designed by OLPRO. It has fully inflatable air beams that can be pumped up in 5 minutes using the included air pump.

The Breeze awning can be attached to the van directly or by using a figure of 8 or drive away kit. You can also use the straps that are included to put over the van and peg on the other side to ensure the awning stays attached to the van.

To be honest, they blow around a lot less, as they move with the wind rather than bed and break. Check out our You Tube channel to see a video of the awning in the wind.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xipeFuUkUAI

Because, once inflated, they are heavy they do tend to move a lot less, but also when they move will flex back into position.

There are several ways you can attach your awning to your vehicle.Listed below, are the most popular methods to attach your drive away awning.

Straps

Straps can be used to attach the awning to the van by throwing them overand pegging them down the other side. This is also the easiest option. Strapsare also suitable for your Pop top van, you just place the straps either sideof the pop top (One in front and one behind) and peg them down as normal.

The Straps are provided with the awning so any OLPRO Campervan awning can be used straight out of the box and attached easily to the campervan. Using Straps is a popular method used by many people - including those who sometimes connect using different methods as it is a quick and easy way to connect and diconnect.

Once strapped over the pegs for the tunnel are usually pegged in just under the campervan giving you a right fit. To leave site you can disconnect the buckles allowing the awning to freestand and you to driveaway.

Vehicles with Gutters

By using the Figure of 8, you can ensure a tight seal in a small amountof time. All you have to do is, feed through the awning cord (Beading) into thefigure of 8 on one side and then slot the figure of 8 onto the camper vanguttering.

For Camper-vans with shallow gutter rails or roof-rails oras an alternative to vehicles with gutters.

Some early VW vans have got a shallow gutter, where using a pole andclamp kit will be a better option. The majority ofawnings have a pole sleeve on the tunnel of the awning. A pole would be fedthrough the pole sleeve and then placed in the gutter and fixed down using theclamps.

For Camper-vans with wind out awnings (Fiamma, omnistore etc)

If your vehicle has a wind out awning. Then you can use the awningchannel built into this to attach your awning. You will need some lengths ofFigure 8 and a few metres of Kador. Locate the awning channel on yourwind out awning, For 2011 Fiamma Awnings will have 2 of these awningchannels. On other awnings this awning channel maybe less obvious and mountedbehind the rail. All that is left to do is attach the awning to the your windout awning and roll your wind out awning back in.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY REQUIRE A SPECIAL KADOR AS THE AWNING CHANNELON A WIND OUT AWNING IS ONLY 4MM IN DIAMETER.

Other Methods

Suction Cups

You can also use Suction cups (Dent Pullers) which fasten to the awningand then the suction cup gets stuck to the van holding the awning securely inplace.

Magnetic Strip

Magnetic strips usually come with a figure of 8. This allows you toattach the awning to the figure of 8 and the magnet sticks the van holding theawning in place. Magnetic strips are not advisable as they could damage yourcamper by leaving deep scratches from moving around.

Yes.

As long as the awning rail is/over 140 cm and the caravan does not exceed the height of 240 cm, then a Breeze awning will fit fine. Just feed the awning 6mm beading through the rail and it will be ready to go.

Across the Breeze range, the tunnel sizes differ. Please see tunnel sizes below;

Cocoon Breeze -L 200cm x D 80cm

Loopo Breeze - L 310cm x D 80cm

Cubo Breeze - L 80cm x D 80cm

Here at OLPRO we like to make things nice and simple. This meaning, if one of your beams were to burst due to a storm or over inflation - we can supply a whole new replacement (this includes the black outer sleeve) for as little as posisble.

See our Spares and Repairs section.

The beam supplied will already have the inner tube inserted and will be ready to zip in straight away.

To remove the old beam;

  1. Unscrew the valve from the outside of the awning/Tent
  2. Unzip the beam on the inside of the Tent/Awning
  3. Remove from the Velcro pads

"Hey presto"! The beam is now fully removed and the new beam can be replaced doing the same steps, but backwards!

California Breeze -  W = 200cm

Cocoon Breeze (inc XL) -  W = 200cm

Loopo Breeze -  W = 310cm

Loopo (Fibreglass poles) - W = 310cm

Cubo Breeze - W = 80cm

Cubo (Fibreglass Poles) W = 300cm

Uno Breeze - W = 330cm

Please note - All Beading sizes are 6mm. If you were looking to purchase an awning rail or drive away kit, this would have to be 6mm - 6mm to accomodate the beading size.

OLPRO Footprints are perfect to use with hard standing pitches. The Footprint allows you to have more protection from sharp stones or sticks, whilst also making the whole camping experience easier by allowing you to clean the foot print, rather than cleaning the groundsheet on your tent.

All of our awnings are drive away awnings so they will stand up like a standard tent if you decide to move the vehicle away. The tunnel can be rolled away when not in use.

We don’t see why not but check on the max pressure. You won’t be able to tell from the beams, as they become solid quickly. Beams can blow up really quickly with a power inflator and could pop if you are not careful - please note - beams and poles are not covered under warranty.

Our hand pumps which are included with our Breeze range have a valve that will not allow you to over inflate. The beams are 7 psi.

yes, as long as you have the 2018 model of your awning. This is because there are now two zips on the awning; The door zip and one above the door where the extension attaches.

We really love seeing your customer pictures! You can post your photos to us via our Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter pages or email them to us viasales@olpro.co.uk

All of our Breeze awning tunnels roll up and are secured with toggles when not in use - pretty much the same thing you would do with a tent door when you roll that up out of the way.

Our poled awnings do not have toggles around the table, these will need to be pegged down using the roof straps, be sure to peg them at an angle to prevent water ingress.

Inflatable Caravan Awnings

The OLPRO View is our range of Inflatable Caravan Awnings. This can be purchased with or without the extension and also comes in two sizes.

The View 300 With Porch Extension - (H)235m to 250cm x (W) 240cm x (L) 300cm (With Porch 440cm)

The View 420 With Porch Extension - (H)235m to 250cm x (W) 240cm x (L) 420cm (with Porch 560cm)

The View fits all standard Caravans between the height of - 235cm to 250cm.

The A Measurement of your caravan is irrelevant in this case because the awning's sides do not go into the rail.

This connects using the beading on the awning. The beading connects to the rail situated around the edge of the caravan.

Unfortunately we do not sell inner bedroom pods for this product. However, you can still sleep in the awning.

OLPRO FAQ's

The padlock on the airbeams are needed to stop the zips from opening funder the pressure of the inner bladder. They can be opened using a tent Peg or object of similar size and length and do not need a key.

In most cases, the answer is yes. All of our awnings will fit vehicles between a height of 190cm and 250cm.

We also offer variations of a couple of our awnings that have longer tunnels and will fit taller vehicles up to 280cm. Links to these awnings are below.
